Product Manager, Digital Markets Infrastructure
We’re seeking a strategic, user-centric Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of digital financial products with a strong emphasis on user experience (UX). In this role, you'll work at the intersection of financial services, technology, and design—championing the needs of our customers while balancing business goals and compliance requirements
Leads definition and planning through production, release, and end of lifecycle with end-to-end responsibility for developing feature/function specifications on new or legacy propositions, products and services.
Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- Delivers against work activities set by senior colleagues in the product community.
- Develops specialisation and builds expertise in a product area and the management of products.
- Provides analytical support to the product group and provides task specific support (i.e., specification drafting) if required.
- Provides and presents insight into the latest industry trends.
- Reviews the implementation of enhancements to existing products and services.
- Build standards, processes, and policies and participates in testing and validation activities.
- Supports product launch and post launch of new and / or enhanced proposition, products and/or services, including design, development, and launch activities, following relevant lean, agile and ways of working methodologies.
- Participates in or leads cross-functional meetings and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery of one or more components of a proposition, product, or service.
- Contributes to proposals or cases to obtain approval for project and gain support for new propositions, products, or services.
- Supports definition and communication of features and benefits/key selling points and driven positioning to key team members.
- Collaborates with Product Managers in incorporating product requirements into product roadmap by evaluating and analysing data for product source materials, classifying source material and identifying appropriate changes in coverage and current business rules to ensure they reflect up to date practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or equivalent
- Moderate experience in product development and management.
