With new use cases, product lines, and geographies, you’ll be shaping how we design and scale our platform, driving both evolution and revolution across provisioning, billing, product packages, privacy, and security. As we expand, you'll play a pivotal role in preparing our platform for enterprise-scale needs, enhancing security, compliance, and operational efficiency. Partnering closely with our finance, technology, ops, privacy, and security teams, you’ll connect the dots across the business with technology to provide better, faster outcomes across our customer lifecycle.

Reporting to the Director of Product – Platform, this is a high-impact and wide-reaching role, with senior stakeholders across our Sales, Customer, Finance, Privacy and Operations teams.

Responsibilities:

As Product Manager – Customer Platform, you will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of your customers' needs, both external and internal, building a clear picture of how everything comes together to form Onfido’s internal ecosystem, and how we could improve it

  • Create a compelling vision and defining success metrics for your product domain, aligning both the team and wider stakeholders to ensure buy-in

  • Strategic and tactical roadmapping and planning

  • Prioritising the biggest problems in your domain and working with design and engineering teams to solve them, focusing on key outcomes and providing crystal clear requirements

  • Planning, communicating, and rolling out releases and functionality to both our clients and the internal teams who serve them

  • Working with other Product Managers, our Tech function and your stakeholders to improve internal processes

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Product Manager with a few major cycles (multi-quarter) of defining a product, deploying it and managing it operationally within a technical domain, preferably with platform products.

  • Experience working with technically complex domains, architectures and products combined with an ability to drive product discussions in these areas

  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, customer-facing teams, and leadership, aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared vision.

  • Evidence of a structured approach to identifying the right priorities for users

  • Able to ask the right questions, and listen carefully to the relevant answers

  • Creative problem solver with a holistic mindset - connecting the dots, systematic in structuring them and detail-oriented in specifying them

  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to define product requirements

  • Action-oriented and able to motivate teams and colleagues towards achieving goals

  • Ability to nurture a team culture driven by trust, accountability, and a willingness to learn and share.

  • Excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, strong sense of ownership, customer focus and growth mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Track record of rolling out complex technology products in new geographies.

  • Experience with large companies (enterprises), either as an employee, service provider, vendor, etc. and thereby familiarity with their processes and workflows
