We are looking for a Poland-based candidate. This is hybrid role 1-2 times from Kraków office per month.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of key platform and self-service capabilities across our product ecosystem. This role is responsible for defining product strategy, driving execution, and delivering seamless, scalable experiences that empower users and support business growth.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, commercial, and operations teams to build intuitive, reliable, and high-impact solutions for both internal and external users.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform & Access
  • Own the Single Sign-On (SSO) integration and Launchpad experience across the product suite
  • Define and manage platform-level features such as notifications, contextual help, and user preferences
  • Ensure a seamless, consistent, and secure entry point for all users
User Management
  • Define and execute the product strategy for user lifecycle management
  • Oversee onboarding, authentication, role-based access, and permission management
  • Deliver scalable administrative controls for internal and external users
Self-Service — Product Cross-Sell
  • Lead the discovery and delivery of self-service journeys that enable merchants to explore, trial, and adopt additional products
  • Reduce friction in the commercial expansion funnel through intuitive product experiences
  • Partner with commercial teams to drive adoption and revenue growth
Self-Service — Data Management
  • Own the roadmap for self-service data capabilities, enabling merchants to manage and update operational data
  • Ensure proper validation, audit trails, and governance controls are in place
  • Reduce dependency on support teams through robust self-service tooling
Terminal Configuration
  • Define product requirements for terminal setup, provisioning, and configuration workflows
  • Ensure reliability and ease of use across in-store payment environments
  • Collaborate with hardware and integration teams to optimize user experience
eCommerce Configuration
  • Own the e-commerce configuration experience for merchants
  • Enable management of payment settings, integrations, and channel-specific rules
  • Deliver intuitive, scalable self-service tools for online payment operations
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS, or platform products
  • Strong understanding of user management, authentication (e.g., SSO), and platform ecosystems
  • Experience building self-service products and reducing operational friction
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear product solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on outcomes and measurable impact
