The Product Manager for Aladdin AI will be responsible for setting a clear AI Product Strategy with our Aladdin business partners and delivering cohesive AI experiences for Aladdin clients & the firm. They will be responsible for enabling teams to deliver against this strategy in an accelerated, safe and managed way.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become ubiquitous within technology and will be core to our strategy to advance our firm. We believe it will transform the investment process and is critical to BlackRock staying competitive.  This team will sit at the forefront of development for AI solutions within Aladdin to unlock sizable value, scale, and opportunity for our clients. 

 

As the product manager for Client Sales and Servicing, your chief responsibility will be setting the vision & strategy for AI products to improve the client experience and working with teams across the firm to deliver against that strategy. You will be responsible for executing on the product roadmap that enables us to achieve that vision and effectively balances priorities across the firm. You will be responsible for working with Sales leads to conceptualize a cohesive AI experience to do their jobs more efficiently & effectively. You’ll partner with the Aladdin AI product management team to prioritize shared solutions & lead product increment planning, enabling us to deliver on our objectives.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Build a cohesive & robust Sales and Servicing experience. Articulate strategy for building AI tools & features within Aladdin to improve both the client experience and user productivity. 

  • Conceptualize and communicate a product vision for the client experience, identifying key opportunities and product solutions to leverage AI. Set clear path for adoption. 

  • Educate and evangelize product value internally with senior stakeholders and externally while developing and managing key product relationships. 

  • Actively shape the AI strategy with business teams across Aladdin. Set the standards & processes for adoption, development, and releasing of AI solutions. 

  • Partner with Aladdin product team to prioritize initiatives across Aladdin to achieve product strategy and work with Aladdin product teams to deliver against firmwide roadmap. Establish critical partnerships across the central & federated teams and lead product increments to ensure delivery on set objectives and key results. 

  • Support the prioritization of the backlog and work with team to mitigate development blockers and define deployment strategy across firm. 

  • Deeply understand the end-to-end processes across the Aladdin to identify opportunities to evolve the product. Lead user research and actively engage with investment community to acquire feedback that influences product roadmap and improves product value. 

  • Stay up to date on the fast-evolving artificial intelligence space, keeping ahead of trends, and competitive financial capabilities in the fast-evolving AI landscape, ultimately influencing product offering and strategy.

Our hybrid work model
