We are looking for a Product Manager to drive delivery of Deutsche Bank’s next generation AI and Data Platforms. These platforms enable safe, and high impact AI/ML solutions across the bank, supporting real-time analytics, scenario modelling, and process automation for global business & infrastructure teams. Operating in a high visibility, fast moving environment, you will work closely with senior business and technology leaders to shape product direction in complex and often ambiguous problem spaces.

You will connect the business potential of AI/ML technology to concrete business opportunities, creating a clear product vision and roadmap while acting as the critical interface between use cases and platform engineering. Your focus will be on iterative delivery, platform thinking, and measurable outcomes, delivering real business impact at scale.

Your key responsibilities

  • Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning AI/ML and data capabilities to priority business use cases
  • Translate business intent into product direction, acting as the interface between senior stakeholders, use cases, and engineering teams
  • Operate effectively in dynamic environments, listening carefully, asking clarifying questions, and driving alignment through ambiguity
  • Lead iterative, outcome focused delivery, with constant validation of success measures and adjustment based on learning and feedback
  • Apply platform thinking to ensure capabilities are reusable, scalable, and extensible across businesses and domains
  • Represent the product confidently with senior audiences, articulating vision, trade offs, and progress with clarity and credibility

Your skills and experience

  • Experience delivering AI/ML, data, or analytics products in complex enterprise or financial services environments
  • Strong ability to connect AI/ML technology with real business opportunities and use cases
  • Demonstrated capability to define product vision and roadmap in ambiguous, fast changing contexts
  • Comfortable influencing and operating with senior and executive level stakeholders
  • A platform mindset combined with hands on experience of iterative, agile delivery
  • Clear bias for action, curiosity to learn, willingness to think big, and pragmatism to deliver incrementally
