About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and evolution of FareHarbor’s affiliate and reseller products.

This is a high-impact role at the center of FareHarbor’s Distribution strategy. Unlike traditional PM positions, success here relies less on past product management experience and more on deep understanding of the tours & activities industry, FareHarbor’s ecosystem, and affiliate/reseller commercial models.

You will guide the future of how clients and resellers connect, grow, and monetize through FareHarbor. This includes shaping how supply and demand flow through our network, ensuring scalable distribution capabilities, and helping clients convert demand in the most profitable and efficient ways.

In this role, you’ll combine industry expertise, commercial awareness, and strategic thinking with PM fundamentals. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, commercial teams, partner management, and other distribution groups to deliver products that balance marketplace health, client value, and long-term platform growth.

What you’ll do here:

Lead the Affiliate & Reseller Product Area
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for affiliate reseller products.
  • Evaluate market trends, client needs, and reseller dynamics to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Ensure that product decisions reflect a deep understanding of both industry mechanics and FareHarbor’s ecosystem.
Drive Commercial & Marketplace Outcomes
  • Partner with Commercial Distribution teams to define and optimize monetization models, acquisition strategies, and partner success metrics.
  • Understand market incentives and economics to balance value across clients, resellers, and FareHarbor.
Be the Internal Expert on Affiliate Ecosystems
  • Serve as the primary subject-matter expert for affiliate/reseller operations, rules, and workflows.
  • Translate complex ecosystem behaviors into clear product requirements and scalable system designs.
Build Products That Scale
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to define solutions that address the right problems and support long-term distribution scalability.
  • Ensure alignment across interconnected distribution products as well as other FareHarbor products.
Inform Decisions Through Insight
  • Use data, market understanding, and qualitative research to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and measure product performance.
  • Define product KPIs that tie directly to distribution growth, commercial impact, and user value.
Engage Closely With Clients & Partners
  • Conduct interviews, gather insights, and maintain strong feedback loops with clients, resellers, commercial teams, and integration partners.
  • Represent the affiliate product area in cross-functional discussions and ensure transparency across stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of the tours & activities industry, ideally with hands-on experience operating within it.
  • Strong understanding of the FareHarbor platform, especially affiliate/reseller workflows and distribution mechanics.
  • Experience working with affiliate programs, resellers, marketplaces, or distribution models.
  • Strong commercial awareness: ability to understand incentives, market dynamics, and revenue levers.
  • Ability to think strategically while also managing execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and commercial teams.
Nice-to-Have
  • 3+ years of product management or product-adjacent experience (e.g., ops, partner management, commercial strategy, technical account management).
  • Experience with B2B products.
  • Experience running experiments, sizing opportunities, or evaluating product performance.

Benefits

  • Global leave benefit
    • 22 weeks paid parental leave
    • 2 weeks paid grandparent leave
    • Extended care and bereavement leave
    • Life insurance policy
  • Pension Plan
  • Central Amsterdam Location
  • Discount CZ insurance
  • Working in a multicultural environment - 45 different nationalities
  • Commuting allowance for public transport & subsidized lunch
  • Wellness benefits (Headspace subscription & wellness webinars)
  • Hybrid friendly
  • Work-from-home assistance
  • Educational Opportunities
    • Individual skill development & growth programming
  • Social hours & events and team-building
  • 26 vacation days per year
