Our Company
Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe’s all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.
We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The Opportunity:

From the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to bed at night consider the media you consume, the adverts you see, the apps you use, the websites you browse and almost all of the shopping you do online throughout the day. Chances are that every single one of those interactions, every single one of those experiences, was touched by an Adobe product.

The International Growth team is a hardworking and entrepreneurial team that functions as a startup within Adobe, with exceptional partnering, influence, and integration across all aspects of the Adobe Creative & Document Cloud.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and lead strategies, experiments and execution across acquisition, expansion and retention.

  • Drive teams to execute with precision, communicate effectively across the organization and with top executives, and approach and solve problems strategically.

  • Develop, implement and test growth experiments that have a significant impact on how users discover, activate and engage with Adobe's products. Report on performance and present testing roadmap on a quarterly basis.

  • Leverage usage analytics, deep cohort analysis, support data, and marketing data to refine the testing strategy. Work effectively with cross functional teams to align on A/B test schedules, resourcing and metrics.

  • Regularly communicate with customers to identify customer needs and requirements. Synthesize findings into hypotheses to build growth experiments.

  • Work with teams across Adobe to address real world problems — you will have the satisfaction of seeing your work make an impact on customers’ success and Adobe revenue goals.

  • Self-starter and ability to reach across organizations (Marketing E&R, Product, GTM, a.com, etc) to build a shared commitment to improve customer engagement experience and business metrics through growth initiatives.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • You care deeply about customers. You are passionate about improving how people work and enabling them to be successful at every stage of the customer journey.

  • You understand the fundamentals of business and marketing and can drive complex projects forward with cross-functional teams.

  • You can manage the execution of tests with partner teams and you are not shying away to put your hands on setting up campaigns by yourself.

  • You are highly analytical with an ability to make decisions using both quantitative and qualitative data.

  • You are solution oriented, highly-motivated and proactive self-starter.

Experience & Education:

  • Significant Product Management experience.

  • Experience working in Growth, A/B testing, or experimentation.

  • Proven impact creating and completing initiatives (products, tests, etc.) to drive revenue and increase customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

  • A proven track record of working with teams to optimize and create product experiences that deliver user value in the shortest amount of time.

  • Experience in project management handling multiple workstreams.
