We are looking for a Senior Product Manager responsible for the complete product development cycle from research to creating requirements, user stories, and specifications for new features for Faria SpotLight, our new cloud-based analytics platform. The role will lead product strategy and execution for SpotLight. This includes driving product-market fit validation, roadmap development, and coordinating a cross-functional team to deliver data-driven insights for K-12 educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute SpotLight product strategy and roadmap in alignment with Faria's integrated suite vision
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Client Experience teams to deliver optimal user experiences
    • Instruct, direct, and validate development work 
  • Analyze competitive landscape and market trends in educational analytics
  • Establish success metrics and KPIs for product performance, customer outcomes, and value delivered
  • Manage stakeholder communication, including executive updates and board reporting
  • Prepare documentation, such as Functional Specifications and Technical Specifications
Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or analytics platforms
  • Strong understanding of K-12 educational workflows and decision-making processes
  • Experience with data analytics products and dashboard design
  • Proven track record launching B2B software products from concept to market
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with business stakeholders and clients
  • Experience working with technical teams in agile development environments
  • Fluent in verbal and written English for communication and creating documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in international education (IB, Cambridge, or similar curricula)
  • Experience with regulatory compliance (GDPR, student data privacy)
  • Analytics or business intelligence platform experience
