We're looking for a Product Management intern to join our Help Experience team this summer. You will partner with full-time Product Managers and work on our help experience platform and web technologies,

This role is based in our Dublin office and reports to a Staff Product Manager.

You'll Get To...

  • Support the launch of a new product by collaborating with the Customer Operations team, shaping the product vision, and contributing to the roadmap.
  • Oversee a customer problem from end to end—developing strategy, working with cross-functional partners, and delivering a meaningful solution.
  • Use customer insights and data to identify opportunities, refine user experiences, and lead impactful product decisions.
  • Showcase your impact to senior leadership by presenting important successes, user benefits, and results.

Qualifications

  • Recent MBA graduate (2024 or later) or currently enrolled Master’s/Postgraduate student (Spring 2026 anticipated graduation)
  • Familiar with the product development lifecycle, including methodologies like Scrum or Agile
  • Passionate about iterative development, using testing, feedback, and refinement to improve products.
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences

Cash Compensation Range: €25.75 / hourly.
