About the Role 

At Redpin we simplify life's most important payments. Buying a new property overseas can be a stressful time, especially when it comes to moving your money. Through our Currencies Direct and TorFX brands we've been helping people do just that for over 25 years. With recent investment we're now on a mission to build a new range of digital products and services that will make moving money Internationally for Real Estate purchases even ease. 

Redpin is looking for a strategic and experienced product leader to drive the vision and development of our global consumer FX product. This role is a high stakes opportunity to own product development for the end-to-end consumer journey for the largest revenue driver of our business. The scope includes overseeing global customer onboarding, enhancing dashboard UI, and developing fintech capabilities like digital wallet management, multicurrency card services, and other key features. This role is an exciting opportunity to shape a consumer-centric experience both online and offline, ensuring our FX capabilities are deeply embedded across our platform and ready to grow alongside our expansion into property and broader financial services. Your strong fintech and B2C product background, coupled with a global perspective, will be critical to our success. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead the end-to-end development of the Consumer FX product, identifying market opportunities, defining the product vision, and driving the strategy for new features and innovations. 
  • Work with multiple engineering and cross-functional teams to create scalable, compliant, and feature-rich consumer FX products with a strong focus on user experience. 
  • Expand to new markets globally via direct licensing and bank partnerships to grow our business at scale 
  • Build core product features that support high-value, cross-border transactions, with the goal of creating a robust consumer wallet for property payments and other financial needs. 

What You’ll Need 

  • Product Expertise: Proven experience in developing high-quality application layer products with a strong user interface and front-end design emphasis. 
  • Fintech Background: Experience with B2C fintech products is mandatory, with a comprehensive understanding of banking and payment networks, including key players, payment rails, and models. 
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to set a product vision aligned with global growth and new market opportunities, especially in a regulated environment. 
  • Technical Skillset: Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial services, and experience collaborating closely with engineering, compliance, product, and revenue teams. 
  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven, passionate about metrics, and committed to continuous product improvement through objective analysis. 
  • Clear Communication: Skilled in effectively communicating complex product strategies to a wide range of audiences, including engineering teams and leadership. 

Bonus Points 

  • Background in engineering or technical fields, with a strong interest in international payments, compliance, and financial technology. 
  • Experience working directly with financial partners, integrating services through APIs, and managing relationships with card program managers and processors. 
  • Deep knowledge of international payments, FX, and consumer money movement, ideally with experience in banking products like current accounts, savings, or virtual accounts.
