As a Product Insights Manager, you will support the European organization by providing data-driven insights for commercial purposes as well as product innovation. This role involves analyzing product trends, customer feedback, and product performance to help develop and optimize the company's product offerings and at the same time identify up and cross sell opportunities for sales, provide insights to marketing on customer engagement to stimulate targeted behavior as well as build and enable content to identify new prospects and retain clients.


The Product Insights Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products and reporting meet business goals throughout the product lifecycle as priorities shift and evolve with the needs of the business. Your essential key responsibilities will be:

Responsibilities:

  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in product usage and performance data.
  • Analyze usage data, customer feedback as well as sales insights to identify growth and churn fighting opportunities. Segment and profile product data to better understand customer and product behaviors and enable data driven sales & marketing efficiency in contacting the right customer with the right content at the right time.
  • Lead analytics and insights related to the performance of products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Drive the execution of Product Insights enablement programs spanning across the enterprise including but not limited to operational, product line, and migration reporting, and roadmap support.
  • Execute key reporting metrics across Sales, Customer Service, Product Management including sales, new product pipeline, and retention.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product managers, customer service in our European organization (cross-country), and other stakeholders to support customer intelligence data driven focused sales activities, marketing campaigns as well as product planning and development.
  • Develop customer insights dashboards, enablement material as well as KPI reports throughout the product portfolio and it´s lifecycle Present insight tools & materials, drive enablement sessions how to best act on them, measure & report success and establish feedback loops with key stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, product management and product operations tools.

Your profile:

  • You are a degree holder with major in Business Administration (preferably in Statistics), Marketing or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a data analysis or product-related or sales enablement role.
  • Driven, results oriented.
  • Analytical mind.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to multiple audiences/levels.
  • Ability to create insights from multiple data sets and communicate clear plan of action for resolutions.
  • Independent, detailed mind and a good team player.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and problem-solve with cross-functional teams including marketing, technology and analytics teams.
  • Proficiency in Business Analytics Tools, e.g. MS Power BI or Tableau.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills.
