Let’s start with the role

Experimentation is how the Gaming & Rewards vertical decides what to build next. As Product Experimentation Specialist, you'll own the end-to-end testing strategy — designing and running A/B and multivariate tests, turning results into product recommendations, and building the frameworks that let every team test with rigor. You'll belong to the Research & Experimentation Hub, the team of Product Analysts, Product Researchers, and Experimentation Specialists that powers the 360° customer view for the Gaming & Rewards vertical.

What You'll Do

As a Product Experimentation Specialist, you will:

Experimentation & Strategy

  • Own the end-to-end design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests and other experiment types evaluating new features, optimizations, and UX improvements.
  • Shape the experimentation roadmap, prioritizing tests by business impact and user need.
  • Build and evolve the internal experimentation framework — best practices, standards, and processes that keep testing rigorous and consistent across teams while improving efficiency with the use of AI Tool stack that Kaizen Gaming offers.
  • Partner with product managers, designers, product analysts, and engineers to ensure every experiment launches with a clear hypothesis, sound design, and accurate tracking, in collaboration with Product Analysts.
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture across Gaming & Rewards, turning both wins and failed tests into organizational learning.

Insights & Communication

  • Translate experiment results into clear, actionable recommendations for product, design, and senior leadership.
  • Compile concise reports covering performance and key findings
  • Turn complex data into narratives non-technical stakeholders can act on.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years in product analytics or product management with a strong focus on experimentation / A/B testing, ideally in consumer internet or a high-growth environment.
  • Deep expertise in experiment design, execution, and analysis, with solid grounding in statistical rigor.
  • A track record of turning experimentation into product strategy, balancing data with business judgment.
  • Comfort working closely with product, design, product analysts and engineering throughout the product development cycle.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills — you can make results land with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks (or similar) for reporting and experiment monitoring.
  • Familiarity with experimentation platforms (Kameleoon, Optimizely, or similar) and product analytics tools (FullStory, Looker, or similar).
  • Demonstrated AI-first mindset, actively leveraging AI tools and assistants to improve productivity, problem-solving and decision-making. Continuously explores new AI capabilities and champions their practical adoption within teams, using AI as a natural part of day-to-day work rather than a supplementary tool
