As a Product Expansion Manager at Fonoa, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our product suite through strategic partnerships and integrations. Reporting to our Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships that enhance the functionality and reach of Fonoa’s products, as well as applying your analytical skills to improve product performance. Your work will directly contribute to our mission by ensuring our customers have access to the tools and integrations they need to manage tax compliance effortlessly.

What you will do :

  • Partnership Development: Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with Fonoa’s product strategy and customer needs. Focus on integrations that enhance the Fonoa product suite.

  • Strategic Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential partners, clearly communicating Fonoa’s value proposition and establishing mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product, Engineering and Solutioning teams to assess the feasibility of integrations and ensure they meet our high standards for quality and user experience; while also keeping close contact with our Marketing team to demonstrate the value of the partnership.

  • Integration Management: Oversee the integration process from conception to launch, ensuring a seamless integration of partner products or services into the Fonoa platform.

  • Product Analytics: Leverage real time data analytics to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and scale, as well as support commercial teams with compelling data-informed value metrics.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between Fonoa and our partners, building strong relationships and ensuring ongoing alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of our partnerships, making recommendations for improvement or further investment where necessary.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in business analytics, product partnerships, or a related role within the technology sector.

  • A track record of managing partner software integrations

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • An ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams across the organization.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of working time at peak periods.
