Littelfuse Product Marketing Team is seeking a Product Engineer to take a key role in testing, analyzing, and supporting semiconductor products. You will perform qualification and specialized tests, create accurate data sheets and reports, and respond to customer technical enquiries. This role involves close collaboration with teams across Littelfuse to ensure high‑quality product performance and strong customer support.
This role is based on-site in Chippenham and directly reporting to Product Marketing Engineering Manager.

 

About the job:
  • Evaluate new and existing products to check performance, reliability, and compliance

  • Run qualification tests and create detailed data sheets for high voltage products (IGBTs, Thyristors, Diodes)

  • Carry out specialized or non‑standard tests based on customer requirements

  • Write clear, thorough technical reports summarizing test methods and results

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer technical enquiries

  • Build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with teams across Littelfuse
     

About you:
  • A degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field

  • At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor or power‑electronics manufacturing

  • Hands‑on experience using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electronic test equipment

  • Experience working with electronic simulation software

  • Creative thinker able to generate practical and innovative solutions

  • Proactive self‑starter with a strong desire to learn and apply new concepts

  • Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
