What you’ll do:

  • Work as part of the Product Engineering group in the technical aspects of Product Life Cycle Management, particularly within New Product Introduction.
  • You will be required to write validation documents, lead product design / process reviews, validation studies, DOE’s, product failure investigations, problem-solving and change management activities.
  • Work using own initiative, whilst collaborating cross‑functionally with design, quality, operations, and suppliers to deliver projects on time.

Who you are:

  • Have a recognized Engineering Degree or equivalent with relevant experience in Product Development or Manufacturing 
  • Familiar with process validation procedures and techniques (IQ, OQ and PQ) for new products, processes, and equipment.
  • Good communication skills to clearly articulate technical and project problems, providing clear updates to key stakeholders.
  • Proven experience working within an engineering project environment and demonstrable knowledge of project management techniques.
  • Ability to travel globally where and when required.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Machine development and validation
  • The use of DBS Fundamental (Lean Manufacturing) tools in day-to-day activities.
  • Multiple software platforms, procedures, and techniques relevant for this function (Six Sigma techniques, Pareto Analysis, Part and Process Capability Studies)
