What you will do:
Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and translate complex needs into elegant, high-impact technical solutions.
Take end-to-end ownership of features, from initial planning and design to implementation, testing, and delivery using Go and TypeScript.
Pragmatically manage technical debt and system resilience to maintain high shipping velocity while ensuring the platform remains reliable for critical incident response.
The ideal candidate:
Proven track record of building production-ready applications using Go, Python, or React, ideally within a high-growth or founding engineer environment.
Deeply product-minded and customer-obsessed, with a preference for iterating quickly on MVPs and sharing work-in-progress to gather early feedback.
Strong collaborator who thrives in ambiguity and values clear communication, from well-written technical proposals to thorough documentation and testing practices.
