Candidates must have deep payments domain expertise, startup experience, commercial mindset, and strong operator instincts to translate strategy into execution. Dragonfly will confidentially match and introduce candidates to suitable portfolio companies in London or NYC.

This is not a listing for an internal role at Dragonfly. We're actively sourcing for product roles across multiple portfolio companies in the payments space. Roles span from mid-level IC to senior leadership. All require someone commercially minded, startup scrappy, and deeply fluent in payments.
Location: London or NYC

- Startup experience, comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast
- Commercially minded, you think about revenue and business outcomes, not just product
- Strong operator instincts, able to go from strategy to execution without hand-holding

Compensation
- Early: $95,000–$130,000
- Mid: $130,000–$190,000
- Senior: $180,000–$250,000
The compensation range reflects variation by seniority, location, and hiring company. Final compensation is confirmed with the specific hiring company.
