What you will do:
Perform rigorous Quality Assurance on AI-generated suitability reports against FCA requirements and real-world adviser standards to ensure compliance and clarity.
Provide structured, actionable feedback to engineering teams to refine output logic and contribute directly to prompt design for new product features.
Develop and maintain internal quality frameworks and reference documentation that define excellence across various report types including pensions, investments, and protection.
The ideal candidate:
Must be a practicing or recently practicing Paraplanner with significant hands-on experience writing and reviewing complex suitability reports.
Possesses a deep, technical understanding of FCA suitability requirements and can clearly articulate the nuanced reasons why a report succeeds or fails.
Demonstrates a genuine curiosity for AI applications and thrives in iterative, fast-paced startup environments; professional qualifications like DipPFS or APFS are highly desirable.
