As a Product Director at JPMorgan Chase within the Accelerator team, you are the heart of this venture, focused on getting smart ideas into the hands of our customers. Job responsibilities
  • Define product roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback and opportunities backed by research
  • Lead product life cycle through planning, execution, iterative improvement and achieving commercial targets
  • Partner with engineering to create re-usable, component based solutions build on a shared platform
  • Manage product team members on best practices and work across a broad set of stakeholders to effectively deliver on objectives

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • 8+ years of experience delivering products from scratch within retail payments on EU and/or UK payment schemes
  • Working knowledge and familiarity with more than one payments scheme (SEPA, SWIFT, BACS, FPS, ACH)
  • End to end understanding of payment journeys and operations
  • Delivered productized solutions to internal (within group) and external clients
  • Comfortable working with financial grade APIs, creating packaged capability with third party vendors

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Experience working with directly with clearing and settlement mechanisms (CSMs)
  • Knowledge of the external/ competitor landscape, key players (inc. banks, PSPs, fintechs, vendors), legislative environment (Open Banking, PSD2/3 etc.)
