The Role
We’re seeking a Product Director for to lead our B2B, Integrated and Connect products. Leading a small team of experienced PMs, you’ll be responsible for the B2B Product strategy including the development and implementation of new market segments, hosted experiences, APIs & features across our B2B Proposition. We have seen significant growth in this product area in recent years (currently at $50AR) with huge future growth potential.
We are ideally seeking candidates based in London however we can also consider candidates based in Amsterdam or Barcelona
What you’ll be doing- You will work cross functionally with Engineering, Revenue and other product leaders to ensure we develop a succinct B2B strategy in line with our revenue growth goals
- You will own the B2B product roadmap, Including B2B integrated, connect & hosted experiences- establishing Redpin as an API first payment provider.
- You will translate complex B2B requirements into user-friendly, automated product experiences that enable customer onboarding, invoicing, payments reconciliation, AP/AR, treasury workflows, partnerships & Integrations.
- Work with our existing customers across ANZ, The US & EMEA to build new use cases and feature ideas that will maximise revenue opportunities
- You will carefully navigate our increasingly complex risk appetite and get buy in from a multitude of stakeholders
- Guide teams to understand customers and their needs through market analysis, customer research, and feedback
- Coach a team of engineers and product managers to use business requirements to assist in developing use cases and high-level requirements
- Support the engineering team with planning, prioritizing, and overseeing initiatives; manage projects; ensure that all feature builds are executed on time and at the highest quality levels; manage and scope team initiatives, set priorities, and direct the team to ensure timely delivery
- A proven background in Product leadership, with demonstrable success of taking new B2B products and features into new and existing markets.
- Extensive product management experience in fintech, payments, or financial services, with at least 5 years focused on B2B and API led (as well as offline) Products.
- A proven background of B2B proposition building, strategy & execution in similar environments (B2B/ B2B2C/ B2C businesses)
- Deep understanding of compliance domains such as AML, KYC, sanctions screening, or regulatory reporting in a payments or financial context.
- Someone who can relentlessly raise the bar and is comfortable introducing new ways of working, identifying industry and market trends and best practice to enable development of outstanding user-centric products
- Experience with cross-border money movement or FX products.
- Experience of working with digital assets ie. Stablecoin.
- Familiarity with cross border B2B payment features (AP, AR, reconciliation etc.)
- Product experience supporting financial licensing in new markets.
