The Product Designer will lead the design of scalable digital products, maintaining design systems, and collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams to enhance user experience for banking solutions.
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer with strong expertise in enterprise-scale Design Systems and end-to-end product design execution. The ideal candidate will have deep experience designing intuitive, scalable digital experiences across mobile (iOS & Android), web, and desktop platforms, preferably within banking or large-scale fintech environments.
This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional Agile squads including Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver high-impact digital banking solutions.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the design of scalable, user-centric digital products across web, mobile, and desktop platforms
- Build, maintain, and evolve enterprise-level Design Systems ensuring consistency, scalability, and usability across products
- Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process, including research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Agile Squads to translate business requirements into seamless user experiences
- Design for complex BFSI / fintech workflows, particularly within SME banking journeys
- Ensure adherence to design best practices, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, design reviews, retrospectives)
- Continuously improve design quality through user feedback, analytics, and iterative improvements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer / Senior Product Designer
- Strong hands-on expertise in Design Systems at enterprise scale
- Proficiency in designing for iOS, Android, and web/desktop applications
- Strong understanding of end-to-end UX and product design lifecycle
- Experience working in Agile/Squad-based environments
- Background in BFSI / Fintech / Banking domains (mandatory preferred)
- Exposure to SME banking products or complex financial workflows is a strong advantage
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Experience in large enterprise or digital banking transformations
- Strong interaction design and visual design capabilities
- Experience working in cross-functional global teams
- Knowledge of accessibility and design system governance models
