About the Role

As a Product Designer at Recraft, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, visually compelling, and user-friendly experiences that enhance our AI-powered creative platform. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI), working closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to bring innovative design solutions to life.

From wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, you will translate complex AI-driven functionalities into seamless, accessible, and engaging user experiences. If you are passionate about human-centred design, AI-driven creativity, and pushing the boundaries of design innovation, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive and engaging user experiences, ensuring seamless interactions with Recraft’s AI-powered tools.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with product goals and user needs.

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to refine design concepts and bring them to production.

  • Conduct user research, gather insights, and iterate on designs to improve usability and engagement.

  • Maintain and evolve Recraft’s design system, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.

  • Experiment with AI-driven design solutions and explore ways to enhance creativity through intelligent automation.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in product design, UX/UI design, or interaction design, preferably in SaaS, AI, or creative tools.

  • Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.

  • Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, and interaction design.

  • Ability to translate complex functionalities into simple, intuitive user experiences.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing.

  • A portfolio showcasing product design work, with a focus on digital interfaces and user-centric design.

  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools and creative software workflows is a plus.
