Role - Product Designer
Location - Edinburgh OR London (Hybrid - Min 3 days in office)
At Wordsmith AI, our mission is to transform the way legal teams work. We’re building the next generation of AI-powered tools that free lawyers from repetitive tasks, surface critical insights, and help businesses move faster without compromising on risk.
It’s a bold, ambitious challenge that requires us to operate at our very best every day. We’re not just updating old workflows - we’re reimagining how legal practice and business operations come together in an AI-first world.
The pace here is intense and the opportunity is huge. Joining now means shaping the foundations of a category-defining company, having outsized impact, and growing alongside some of the best in the industry.
To do this, we’re looking for someone who is deeply motivated by impact. Someone who thrives in complex problem spaces, relishes the chance to work alongside exceptional colleagues, and actively seeks feedback to keep raising the bar. Someone who runs towards, not away from, the toughest design challenges.
Our culture is fast-paced, ambitious, and not for everyone. But if you want to help shape the future of legal technology, alongside a team that values craft, curiosity, and collaboration - there’s no better place to be.
We value in-person connection and collaboration - as a hybrid company based in Edinburgh and London, we ask our team to be in their local office a minimum of three days a week.
