This role can be hybrid within the UK or Europe, with quarterly trips to our London office. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider candidates outside these locations at this stage.



What you will be doing

 

We're looking for a skilled Product Designer to join our small but efficient team (Head of Design + 3 Product Designers) and own design for our Data and Automation teamsYou'll collaborate with engineers and Product Managers.

Day-to-day you’ll conduct user research, design intuitive workflows, and test solutions to ensure usability and scalability. Ideal for a proactive, organised designer who thrives in complex, data-driven environments.

You’ll work closely with the Product Manager and other members of the team to carry new features from discovery to delivery


Our customers use Semble all day, every day, so it’s essential for us to craft a user experience that makes their day-to-day tasks effortless. As an established market leader, we place a strong focus on making our product stand out from the rest, now with an exciting opportunity to expand into the French market.

 

  

About you


Work experience

  • You have 2-4 years' experience working as a product designer or researcher
  • You have 1+ years' experience working in with B2B SaaS

 

Key skills

  • You enjoy spending time understanding the real problems users are experiencing
  • You have experience conducting user research
  • Your portfolio demonstrates beautiful, accessible and user-friendly interfaces
  • You have a solid understanding of user-centred design and UX best practices
  • You have experience working with component libraries and design systems
  • You have delivered designs for mobile and desktop applications

 

Competencies

  • You naturally think about the big picture
  • You have UX/ user research experience
  • You care about accessible design
  • You are detail oriented and organised
  • You are a strong communicator
  • You demonstrate strong visual design skills
  • You have experience using Figma

 

Nice to haves   

  • Fluent French speaker
  • Clinical experience/ background
