About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer to join us at the very start of our journey. As a key member of the team, you’ll work directly with the founders and leadership to shape the product vision and strategy for both mobile and web platforms. This is a unique opportunity to have a direct impact on the user experience, design systems, and visual language of a cutting-edge product.
While you'll receive strong support from the team, this role offers a high degree of autonomy - we’re looking for someone who thrives in independent work, enjoys ownership, and is excited to wear multiple hats in a fast-growing startup.
What you’ll do
Prototype, test, and iterate - you’re not just pushing pixels; you’re solving real user problems.
Collaborate closely with the team to refine the product vision and strategy.
Transform research insights, feedback, analytics, and user testing into innovative concepts and interactive prototypes.
Design detailed workflows, high-quality mockups, and intuitive user interfaces.
Work side-by-side with engineers to perfect implementation.
Build and maintain a cohesive design system to create an exceptional user experience.
Jump into brand visuals and marketing when needed - we love designers who go beyond the screen.
We’d love to hear from you if you have
5+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio that proves it.
Experience in startups or early-stage companies is a plus, as is the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to change.
You communicate clearly - no ego, no drama, just great ideas and collaboration.
Proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work independently and manage your own projects.
You believe in simple, elegant solutions - complexity is the enemy of great design.
English proficiency (minimum B1) to collaborate effectively with the team, plus conversational skills in Russian, Ukrainian, or Belarusian, as these are currently our primary internal languages.
