Our people;

  • Are Nice!
  • Are Collaborative. We’re in this together!
  • Are Solution-Focused. For every problem, we’ve got a solution!
  • Are Understanding.
  • Celebrate Individual Contributors.

We’re building a high-impact design team that will drive the success of our core product.

If you’re a problem-solver who thrives in strong product environments, where design is central to business success, this is your chance to own, execute, and shape the future of our product’s UX.

We’re looking for experienced designers who take ownership, collaborate effectively, and are committed to delivering well-thought-out, high-quality design solutions that have real business impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own end-to-end UX/UI design for key product areas, from research to execution and iteration.
  • Be outcome-focused – Design isn’t just about pixels. You’ll create work that solves real problems and drives measurable impact.
  • Work autonomously, while collaborating efficiently – You’re able to push projects forward, but also bring in the right perspectives at the right time.
  • Raise the bar – You set high standards for design, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Communicate and present your ideas effectively – You back up your design decisions with strong rationale, insights, and product thinking.
  • Design with a strong foundation – You understand that great design starts with a solid concept—one that is deeply rooted in user needs, business goals, and scalable principles.

What You Bring

  • Strong execution and problem-solving skills – You break down complexity into clear, actionable design solutions.
  • A proactive mindset – You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, making informed decisions, and iterating with confidence.
  • A deep sense of collaboration – You work well with cross-functional teams, keeping communication clear and constructive.
  • The ability to think big and sweat the details – You understand business objectives, but also care deeply about the user experience.
  • A track record of shipping real products – You’ve worked on products that are in the hands of users and made a measurable impact.

The ideal candidate

  • 4-5+ years of experience in UX/UI/Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing real problem-solving and strategic thinking.
  • Experience designing for SaaS, B2B, or complex products with high usability demands.
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities – You can present, justify, and advocate for design decisions with clarity.
  • A very good understanding of design systems, accessibility, and component libraries.
  • A passion for design as a discipline, not just as execution – You care about the why, not just the how.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working on early-stage product teams or scaling design teams.
  • Exposure to motion design, micro-interactions, or accessibility standards.
  • Knowledge of front-end development constraints and best practices.

This is a unique opportunity to join at the perfect moment—we’re assembling a strong, outcome-driven design team that is shaping the next phase of our product. You’ll be a key player in defining design culture, working alongside people who value excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive global workplace, which encourages you to achieve any goals you may have, while having fun along the way!

We look forward to hearing from you!
