Hey there! We're on the hunt for an amazing Product Designer to join our team and help shape something spectacular! 🚀

🌟 The Role in a Nutshell: You'll be the creative force behind our product's user experience, working with our awesome Product Manager and engineering team. Think of yourself as the bridge between user dreams and technical reality... We're all about that hybrid life - 3 fixed days in our Old Street office, keeping the perfect balance. 🏢

💫 Your day to day might include...

  • Bringing concepts & ideas to life through beautiful, intuitive designs 🎯
  • Getting your hands dirty with user research - chatting with real users and turning their feedback into gold ✨
  • Crafting pixel-perfect designs that make developers smile 🎨
  • Being the guardian of our design system - keeping it fresh, consistent, and awesome 🛡️
  • Playing detective with data to make sure your designs aren't just pretty, but powerful 📊

🦸‍♀️ You'll Fit Right In If:

  • You've been rocking the product design world for 5+ years 🌟
  • Your portfolio makes people's jaws drop (B2B experience is a plus, but not a deal-breaker!)
  • You're a Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD ninja 🥷
  • You speak fluent "human" - communication is your superpower 🗣️
  • Research gets you excited, and data makes your heart sing 📈
  • You thrive in the "move fast and make things beautiful" environment 🏃‍♀️
  • You enjoy playing an active part of a development squad & want to work closely alongside PMs 🎯
  • Bonus points if you can speak a bit of developer (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) 💻
