We are recruiting for a product designer o join our innovative design team. You’ll be joining a Zopa at an exciting time, we have big ambitions for our brand and experiences and are looking to have real impact on our customer experience and beyond. We're looking for a proactive, collaborative designer who is excited to join a team that's breaking new ground.

A day in the life:

  • Owning the product experience end-to-end, including discovery, ideation, delivery and iteration 
  • Delivering high quality design of experiences at all levels of fidelity.  
  • Iterative testing of experiences, with a particular focus on addressing the needs of vulnerable customers. 
  • Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design in alignment with business goals. 
  • Presenting designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and product stakeholders. 
  • Actively contributing to the wider design community at Zopa. 

About you:

  • You have an impressive portfolio which demonstrates your design process, strong visual skills and outcomes that you've driven 
  • You care deeply about solving customer problems and creating customer-centric products 
  • You’re experienced in acting as a partner to product owners and product managers to drive a great product experience, from strategy and vision to iterative execution. 
  • You’re used to working on ambitious projects with a variety of stakeholders 
  • You're a strategic thinker who can uncover and define opportunities for your product area 
  • You'rehighly experience in research and can use a variety of both quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions 
  • You're passionate about inclusive design 
  • You thrive working in fast paced environments as part of cross-functional teams with short feedback loops 
  • You have a growth mindset and look for opportunities for team and personal development 
  • You have excellent communication, collaboration and facilitation skills 
  • You’re passionate about developing the design community at Zopa

We're on the move! 

Towards the end of 2025 Zopa will be relocating to a brand-new headquarters at 20 Water Street in Canary Wharf. The 44,000 square foot workspace will foster collaboration and inspire creativity for our 900 employees amidst our 2025 growth blitz.



At Zopa we value flexible ways of working.

We value face-to-face collaboration and a good work-life balance. This hybrid role requires you to come to our London office 2-3 days a week.

 

You'll also have the option of working from abroad for up to 120 days a year!* But no matter where you are, we’ll make sure you’ve got everything you need to thrive, both in your work and home life, from day one.
