We’re looking for a mid-level Product Designer to join our team.

The Geo Expansion team is responsible for how our business develops market-specific solutions. Our mission is to be the premium Identity platform that empowers customers in their local region or globally, to navigate complex identity verification challenges with confidence to be successful in all markets they operate.

We’ll look to you to provide the design expertise needed to bring a compelling and effective creative vision to life. You’ll become a reliable, credible contributor, working closely with product management, engineering and others across the company to build experiences that impact our users, clients and our business.

You’ll join a highly collaborative Product and Design team. We value creativity, initiative, and having fun while we work.

We will provide you with the mentorship and support you need to do your best work and to grow as a professional.
 

What you'll do at Entrust

  • Engage in all stages of the user research and product design process.

  • Collaborate on problems with experts in different fields ranging from AI engineers to document specialists.

  • Inform and validate your designs with user research and user testing

  • Deliver high-quality solutions and work with the engineering team to make them come to life.

  • Identify success metrics and measure the impact of your work.

  • Join workshops and critique sessions to bring forward new ideas and continuously improve our products and processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product, UX, or interaction design, preferably in a tech-driven environment.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, visual craft, and problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to take responsibility for the overall quality of products, proactively seek solutions, and drive projects to completion.

  • Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • You’re able to decompose a design vision into a phased plan for execution, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

  • You have excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to present design concepts and strategies clearly. 

  • You have a proved track record of working with engineers and product managers to prioritize a user-centric approach to product development.

  • You improve processes and the way we work together

Please note this is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in our London office.
