Our Company
At Quantum, we connect global brands with high-intent consumers. We turn intent into action and complexity into clarity.

Our Mission is clear, to help smarter, faster buying decisions. Our vision, to be the world’s most used digital comparison service, delivering value and simplicity to millions.

We drive growth through data-driven affiliate marketing built for performance from day one. Every campaign is measurable, optimised in real time, and designed to scale.

With in-house tech, full-stack analytics, and a compliance-first mindset, we give our partners an edge. We drive confident decisions and growth in regulated and high-growth sectors. We’ve helped ambitious brands grow faster, smarter, and globally.

The Role

Our Digital Experience team sits within the Marketing Department and is responsible for improving the performance, usability, and quality of our websites, landing pages, and conversion journeys.

We are looking for a mid-level Product Designer to join the team in London.

In this role, you will design and optimise high-performing landing pages, comparison journeys, and conversion flows that drive measurable commercial impact. Working closely with CRO, Product Operations, Marketing, and Engineering, you will translate insights, experimentation hypotheses, and business requirements into intuitive, effective user experiences.

The role sits at the intersection of UX, UI, CRO, and marketing performance - with a strong emphasis on execution, iteration, and measurable outcomes.

You will also be expected to leverage AI tools and workflows to improve speed, quality, and output across design, ideation, and experimentation.

This role reports directly to the Marketing Director, with a dotted-line relationship to the Creative Director, ensuring alignment between performance-led design and broader brand and visual standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Experience Design
  • Design landing pages, lead forms, comparison tables, and conversion journeys across multiple markets and verticals

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that balance usability, persuasion, and clarity

  • Translate business requirements, user needs, and experimentation hypotheses into clear, practical design solutions

  • Identify usability issues and UX opportunities within journeys, not just execute predefined solutions

  • Apply consistent design patterns and contribute to reusable components across products

Experimentation & CRO Support
  • Partner closely with CRO to design testable variants for A/B and multivariate experiments

  • Execute design changes based on experimentation plans and results

  • Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback

  • Contribute ideas for optimisation and test hypotheses, while ensuring high-quality execution of experiments

Insight-Led Optimisation
  • Use performance data, behavioural insights, and user signals to inform design decisions

  • Analyse user behaviour (heatmaps, session recordings, funnel data) to identify friction points

  • Apply UX thinking to interpret data, balancing user needs with commercial performance

  • Translate insights into clear, actionable design improvements

  • Support post-test analysis by contributing UX perspectives and learnings

Product & Page Development
  • Support the evolution of landing page templates, comparison formats, and interactive experiences

  • Ensure designs are practical, scalable, and aligned with technical constraints

  • Contribute to new page types, vertical launches, and product improvements

  • Work closely with Product Operations to ensure smooth implementation

AI-Enabled Design & Workflow Optimisation
  • Use AI tools to accelerate design production, ideation, and iteration

  • Leverage AI for rapid prototyping, content generation, and variation development for testing

  • Continuously explore and adopt new tools and workflows that improve speed and quality of output

  • Contribute to improving how the team uses AI within design and experimentation processes

Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with CRO, Marketing, Product Ops, and Engineering teams on delivery and optimisation

  • Align design output with campaign strategy, messaging, and user intent

  • Clearly communicate design decisions and rationale

  • Contribute to discussions on prioritisation and approach, without owning roadmap decisions

Quality & Standards
  • Maintain high standards of usability, clarity, and visual hierarchy

  • Ensure designs are responsive and meet accessibility best practices

  • Support compliance requirements across regulated markets

  • Contribute to improving design workflows and processes

About You:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in product design, UX, or UI design

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating execution across user journeys, landing pages, and conversion-focused design

  • Comfortable working in performance-led environments (e.g. CRO, affiliate, lead gen, paid media)

  • Good understanding of metrics such as conversion rate, CPL, and funnel performance

  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools

  • AI-literate, with experience using AI tools to improve design speed, ideation, and output

  • Curious about new tools and workflows, with a proactive approach to improving efficiency

  • Able to take direction but also identify UX problems and suggest solutions

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute quickly and accurately

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

  • Clear communicator who can explain design thinking simply

  • No ego - collaborative and focused on outcomes

What You’ll Get

  • Private Health Care (Bupa)

  • Hybrid Working (3 days in office)

  • Travel Insurance

  • Competitive Base Salary

  • Company Bonus Scheme

  • Market-Leading Training Programme

  • Recognition & Reward Scheme

  • Annual Company Conference (previous destinations: Vienna, Bologna, Dubrovnik, Thessaloniki)

  • Regular Happy Hours & Team Lunches

  • Free Coffee, Drinks & Snacks
