What You’ll Do
Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, analytics) to deeply understand user needs
Create intuitive user experiences through journey maps, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and UI designs
Support the planning and execution of client workshops and collaborative design-thinking sessions
Clearly articulate design rationale and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
Collaborate closely with agile project teams, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations
Contribute to the culture and impact of the Product & Experience practice through thought leadership and capability development
What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Mural
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Demonstrated problem-solving mindset and enthusiasm for continuous learning
Ability to thrive in agile, cross-functional environments and manage competing priorities
Confidence engaging stakeholders and presenting design solutions with clarity and purpose
Bonus Points For
Familiarity with design systems and how to apply them effectively
Understanding of human psychology, cognitive biases, and experimental design
Interest or foundational knowledge in designing for AI and emerging AI tools (e.g., Figma Make)
Knowledge of financial services including banking, insurance, wealth management, or capital markets
Experience designing within agile teams, ideally in a consultancy or financial services context
Academic background in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related disciplines
