As an L7 Staff Product Designer at DevRev, you'll be a resident expert with authority to drive product innovation aligned with business vision. You'll lead large-scale design initiatives while influencing long-term strategies and developing your team.
What You'll Do- Set the design vision and direction for significant product areas

- Experience building and nurturing high-performing design teams
- Strong thought leadership and ability to influence across the organization
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels, from designers to executives
