Our mission is to empower brands and agencies to connect with Tesco customers through data-driven, privacy-first solutions. We’re building tools that make campaign planning, activation, and measurement seamless and impactful.

The Role

  • Deliver Impact: Ensure design solutions meet business objectives while delighting users—balancing usability, scalability, and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gain buy-in, align priorities, and communicate design decisions effectively.
  • Champion Design Ops: Implement processes and tools that enable efficient, high-quality design delivery across teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience leading product design teams in complex digital environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design leadership for B2B or SaaS platforms.
  • Expertise in user-centred design, design systems, and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Why Join Us

  • Shape the future of retail media at scale.
  • Work with cutting-edge data and technology.
  • Collaborative culture with opportunities for growth and impact.
