We are seeking a Product Data & Attributes Manager to join our expanding international business operations team in the UK. This role will focus on developing and optimising product attribute frameworks for JD.com’s cross-border e-commerce platforms, supporting product clarity and discoverability in multiple languages and markets. The job-holder will collaborate with a diverse and international team to ensure product information is accurate, localised, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an international product information management system, leading the design and localisation of product attribute structures to suit multiple languages and regions.
  • Benchmark JD.com’s product attribute standards against leading global e-commerce platforms and refine attribute frameworks to support search and recommendation functions.
  • Oversee and enhance multilingual product information review processes, ensuring product attributes are expressed clearly and accurately for users from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Collaborate with merchandising and supplier teams to enrich product attribute coverage and improve the overall quality of product information.

 

Requirements
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience in cross-border e-commerce operations, with an understanding of consumer behaviour in local markets.
  • Experience in developing automated or intelligent product information processes, with familiarity in product information standards, SEO optimisation and content localisation
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills. Additional proficiency in Dutch, French, German, or other European languages is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment and translate cross-departmental requirements into effective solutions.
