We’re looking for a Product Data Administrator to join our Product team at our Gloucester HQ. You’ll be responsible for creating, maintaining and improving product data across our internal systems and all BiGDUG sales channels. Working closely with Category Managers and teams across the business, you’ll make sure our product information is always up to date, accurate and presented in a way that helps customers make confident buying decisions.

What you’ll be doingNew Product Setup
  • Create new products in our management system using data provided by Category Managers.

  • Manipulate and format spreadsheet data ready for upload.

  • Edit and prepare product images using Photoshop.

  • Upload new products across BiGDUG and other branded websites.

  • Keep product information accurate throughout the product lifecycle — including images, pricing, descriptions and specifications.

  • Update supplier prices, lead times and stock‑related data such as order quantities and commodity codes.

  • Extract and present sales data to support Category Managers with supplier meetings and product performance reviews.

What we’re looking for
  • Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working with large datasets and spreadsheets.

  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines.

  • Confident communicator who can work with multiple teams.

  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new systems and processes.

  • Experience with Photoshop is beneficial (but training can be provided).
