About Incard

Incard’s mission is to build the financial operating system for entrepreneurs.

We are focused on creating a system where business banking, financial tools, and application logic are coordinated into a single control layer.

Through the app store, entrepreneurs and developers can build industry-specific functionality as their business evolves.

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Content Lead to become the on-camera host and voice of Incard’s educational and product-led content.

This is a highly visible, execution-first role at the intersection of product, content, education, and brand. You will lead how Incard explains itself to the market — from product tutorials to founder conversations — and help turn complex financial workflows into clear, compelling stories.

This is not a behind-the-scenes content role. It’s a front-facing role with ownership over how our product is understood, adopted, and trusted by digital business owners.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Education & Content Ownership
  • Own Incard’s product-led and educational content end-to-end

  • Lead on-camera product explainers, walkthroughs, and how-to tutorials for the app and web platform

  • Turn complex product features into simple, engaging, founder-friendly narratives

  • Continuously refine content formats based on product evolution and user feedback

Hosting & Founder Conversations
  • Host conversations with e-commerce founders, DTC brands, digital agencies, and operators

  • Lead interviews, discussions, and educational formats focused on real business challenges

  • Act as a trusted, credible voice within the e-commerce and digital business ecosystem

  • Support founder-led and ecosystem-driven growth initiatives through content

Content Creation & Distribution
  • Script, structure, and present content across:

    • YouTube

    • LinkedIn

    • Other relevant social and video platforms

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product to align content with launches and priorities

  • Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and rooted in real product value

Brand Representation & Offline Presence
  • Represent Incard in offline contexts when needed:

    • Events

    • Panels

    • Demos

    • Workshops

    • Founder meetups

  • Act as a product and brand ambassador in front of customers, partners, and the ecosystem

What We’re Looking ForExperience
  • Strong, natural on-camera presence

  • Proven ability to host, present, and explain confidently on video

  • Clear, confident American accent

  • Solid understanding of business, e-commerce, SaaS, or digital business models

  • Experience explaining complex products or concepts to non-technical audiences

Skills & Mindset
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills

  • Comfortable being the public-facing voice of a product and brand

  • Ability to simplify complexity without losing depth or credibility

  • Curious, structured, and product-minded

  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Growth

  • High ownership, high standards, low ego

Nice to Have
  • Experience hosting podcasts, YouTube series, webinars, or live content

  • Previous exposure to fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS products

  • Public speaking or event experience

  • Familiarity with product-led growth or educational content strategies

Location

This role can be based in London, with hybrid work.

We value in-person collaboration and regularly bring teams together, while maintaining flexibility when needed.

Benefits:
  • Competitive cash-based compensation

  • Incard stock options

  • 25 days of paid time off per year, plus bank holidays and your birthday off

  • Global health insurance and unlimited paid sick leave
