New Product Growth

Driving new product execution and sales across EMEA ANZ will be the key purpose of this role. Working alongside the Product Managers, Regional Sales Teams and Regional Trade Marketing people to make that happen.

A key KPI metric will be the amount of growth coming from new product.  

Business Development – New Opportunities and Sales

The second critical area of focus will be working alongside the regions to help convert new business opportunities and proactively drive actions to win new business, help identify white space opportunities and provide the regions with guidance on the right product proposition.  Driving regional focus and action is key.

Business Development and New Product execution will be aligned with our overall strategic priorities. Speed and Agility will be key to accelerate growth across EMEA ANZ region.

Engagement with the regions will be critical to ensure we are supporting with what’s needed to grow and then following up to ensure actions and plans are being executed. Travelling to the regions will therefore be part of the requirement to gain alignment and to understand where we can support to bring fast conversion and sales growth.  

The PCM person will be responsible for achieving sales targets for key brands across Europe.

The position would suit someone from a Sales and Commercial background with strong Influencing skills. It would suit an individual who enjoys responsibility, has a strong personality and drive to achieve results.

Accountability

  • Build relationships with regional teams, central marketing and central product managers.
  • Presentations to key retailers when needed or supporting with a strong customer & end -user focused product proposition deck’s to put us in the best position to win business and sales.
  • Supporting the regions to build the New Product Operating Plan.  
  • Track and follow up on commercial initiatives will be critical
  • Ensure the regions have the tools they need to win, such as the right product, sales slides, why pitches, Top2Top presentations, product information, planograms etc. 
  • Share best Practice from Region to Region
  • Explore best practice in US and GEM to implement in EANZ.  
  • Work with Supply Chain to ensure that plans are forecasted.
  • Drive E & O deals across regions.
  • Ensure best in class execution in local markets.

  • Teamwork – essential to drive projects forward with multi-level involvement. Co-ordination of needs and wants of key stakeholders to meet best fit outcome for all parties.
