THE ROLE
The Product Assistant position is based full-time in the Browns flagship boutique located on Brook Street, Mayfair and sits within the stockroom operations team.
Our stockroom operations team work collaboratively and seamlessly to fulfil the customer experience from start to finish, going above and beyond for all our customers, bringing our customer journey to life and supporting Browns on our mission to be the coolest multi-channel boutique in the world.
Working within the wider Customer Experience team, you will play an integral part in driving operational efficiency to support the team in delivering a luxury customer experience. In this role, you will be fully focused on all things product, working closely with both the stockroom ops and retail teams, delivering a luxury customer experience through fulfilling customer product requests and ensuring the shopfloor has consistently high product standards.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work collaboratively with the Personal Shopping team to respond to customer requests by locating, picking, and running product across the boutique accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer journey
- Act as the first point of contact for all running requests, consistently meeting SLAs
- Replenish all stock in line with store needs and merchandising standards in a timely manner to keep the shopfloor customer-ready at all times
- Respond to all replenishment requests and conduct regular spot checks to maintain standards
- Support visual merchandising of the boutique, adhering to agreed seasonal themes and activations in line with direction from the retail team
- Ensure the retail team has full visibility of all new product as soon as it arrives in the boutique
- Support monthly and regular boutique product refreshes from a stock perspective, working closely with a freelance visual merchandiser and the retail team
- Support wider stockroom responsibilities, including:
- Picking and packing online orders within agreed SLAs and guidelines
- Receiving deliveries for shopfloor product and customer requests
- Checking deliveries, processing physical stock, updating systems, and putting stock away in the correct locations
- Managing returns of old stock back to the warehouse in line with agreed guidelines and timelines
- Supporting the stockroom operations team with administrative tasks related to stockroom activity
WHO YOU ARE
- Able to manage tasks independently but also work closely to support your team, building strong relationships across the boutique with all teams including Personal Shoppers and Loss Prevention.
- Collaborative, flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities, prioritising customers at all times.
- Administrative/data entry experience in a fashion retail environment preferred.
- Experience in stockroom retail preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential
- Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
- Able to communicate clearly in written and oral form.
- Able to problem solve and multitask.
