Product and Pricing Manager (Savings)

Job Title: Product and Pricing Manager - Savings 
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week 
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 and up to 20% bonus and benefits 
Location:  Flexible – Embrace fully UK remote or hybrid work from any of our vibrant UK offices in London, Cardiff, Durham or Blackpool.

As part of the Savings team within Tandem, our purpose is work closely with Digital and Treasury functions to develop the capability to sustainably grow the savings portfolio. This includes both actively managing our pricing and performance whilst also working on expanding our product set and proposition. 
  
Your Impact: Building a greener tomorrow  

As a Product and Pricing Manager at Tandem your focus will be on: 

• Informing pricing proposals by tracking competitor activity and the performance of our savings products on a weekly basis 
• Creating longer term forecasts for pricing and performance of our savings products with finance 
• Working closely with digital teams to ensure the smooth delivery of new products and features 
• Collaborating with compliance, marketing and operations to ensure our products continue to deliver good outcomes for our customers  

We’d love to hear from you if you have: 

• A numerical background with experience of data analysis and visualisation 
• Experience pricing and forecasting retail banking products 
• Familiarity with excel based pricing or finance models 
• Strong organisational skills  

It would be great, but not essential if you have: 

• Knowledge of savings products and key competitors in the market 
• Experience of pricing and forecasting ISA products 
• A familiarity with Savings regulations 
• Experience managing key stakeholders across different levels of a business
