Job Description:

Job Summary

This position within our Product and Initiative Marketing team will partner with business, sales, and service leaders to define messaging and go-to-market strategy for Epiq Services, including partner marketing. Go-to-market plans will include demand generation activities and internal and client-facing sales activation materials. This position will work closely with our Identity Marketing team for the creation of thought leadership materials, our Events team to support the planning and execution of events, and with our Marketing for Sales team for the creation of awareness campaigns and lead generation.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Define marketing strategy and objectives that increase brand awareness, drive thought leadership, impact client growth, and support sales enablement.

  • Produce content that aligns technical concepts to jobs-to-be-done for various uses, including collateral, web content, sales presentations, infographics, webinars, email and content marketing campaigns, and social media.

  • Create and execute go-to-market plans, including demand generation activities such as event participation, digital marketing, and performance marketing.

  • Partner with Sales and business stakeholders on go-to-market strategies and create targeted demand-generation campaigns and sales enablement tools, ensuring the messaging is appropriate for the campaign goal and aligns with target markets, personas, and use cases.

  • Perform market research and analysis to identify trends, client needs, and competitive landscape, enabling informed decision-making and strategy refinement.

  • Establish and execute a strategy for PR, content, and awards.

  • Set KPIs, monitor and evaluate results, and report on ROI metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.

Experience

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth.

  • Experience in marketing for legal industry is strongly preferred, including eDiscovery services and software, and information governance.

  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with a dispersed team.

  • Team player comfortable working in a distributed ownership environment, adapting to specific verbal guidelines, and driving projects to completion.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; able to present complex concepts to a variety of audiences through multiple channels.

  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships across the business and influence decision-making.

  • Results-oriented, striving for quantifiable results that help the business succeed, with willingness to shift plans to meet and align to goals.

  • Self-motivated with excellent multitasking capabilities, strong project management and prioritization skills, and the ability to make independent decisions.

  • Creative and innovative, regularly sharing ideas and best practices, and looking for ways to improve on current marketing efforts.

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or comparable software.

  • Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
