At Rightmove, you’ll join a collaborative, high-impact analytics team that’s shaping the future of the UK property market. We’re looking for talented Product Analysts to join our Consumer and Partner segments, helping us deliver data-driven impact across both sides of our business.

As a Product Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in advising our product roadmap through data-driven insights that directly influence how millions of people find their next home.

You’ll be at the heart of a data-rich environment, working with cutting-edge tools to uncover hidden patterns, measure product performance, and make recommendations that drive innovation and growth. Your work will empower product teams, inform strategic decisions, and help Rightmove deliver exceptional experiences to consumers and partners alike.

You’ll work side-by-side with product managers, engineers, and the wider Data & Analytics community, building strong partnerships and championing a culture where data drives every decision.

This is your chance to make a visible impact, accelerate your growth, and help set the direction for the future of property technology in the UK.

A typical week as a Product Analyst might involve;

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations that shape the product roadmap and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to understand goals, analyse user behaviour, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Empower stakeholders by surfacing relevant data and supporting self-serve and data maturity initiatives.
  • Champion a data-driven culture by educating and enabling colleagues across the business.
  • Analyse A/B test performance and make recommendations to uphold data-driven decision making.
  • Support the drive for AI-empowered features and innovation.
  • Partner with product managers and engineers to design and launch features that improve the experience for millions of users.
  • Identify and solve real business challenges by uncovering actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Lead the analysis of A/B tests and experiments, ensuring our decisions are always backed by evidence.
  • Mentor and support colleagues by sharing best practices in analytics, experimentation, and data storytelling.
  • Play a key role in shaping our data culture—championing new tools, techniques, and ways of working that keep Rightmove at the forefront of digital analytics.

We’re looking for someone who;

  • Has minimum 3-5 years’  proven experience in analytics roles with an agency or in-house;
  • Has a proven track record of 3 years minimum in delivering data-driven insights that make a measurable impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven and demonstratable experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, SQL within a commercial environment (either agency or inhouse).
  • Proven and demonstratable experience of dashboarding tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Has a background in agency analytics, product-focused businesses, e-commerce, SaaS, or marketplaces.
  • Can demonstrate deep understanding data implementation principles, including tracking tags and data layers, and can troubleshoot basic issues.
  • Proven track record of independently analysing customer journeys and locating the right data points for meaningful analysis.
  • Has experience with experimentation and A/B testing tools (e.g., VWO, Optimizely) and can confidently interpret test results.
  • Is passionate about experimentation, with an understanding of experimental design and an interest in AI features.
  • Builds strong partnerships with stakeholders and communicates complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Passionate about learning new tools with a growth mind set and can adapt quickly.
  • Is eager to learn, grow, and keep up with industry trends (AI, analytics, experimentation).
  • Works independently, manages data sets, and solves problems methodically.
  • Is personable, friendly, and contributes positively to a collaborative, psychologically safe team culture.
