Your role in the Team’s Success
In this role, you will focus on analysing product data to drive strategic direction, improve product performance and enhance user experience through the acquisition journey all the way up to First Trade.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to provide insights that can make significant commercial impact and be the go-to person for all things data and performance.
What you’ll do
- Analyse user behaviour, feature usage, conversion funnels and product performance across both web and App platforms to identify areas of friction and support product roadmap
- Develop and maintain dashboards & reports to monitor key product metrics, including engagement, retention, churn, and feature usage
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve product performance and user satisfaction
- Use segmentation, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling to uncover insights and help understand the omni-channel customer journey
- Partner with data engineering teams to ensure clean, accurate, and reliable data pipelines
- Support with A/B testing initiatives, covering test evaluation, analysis, and tagging and tracking
- Deliver clear, actionable insights to key stakeholders through reports, dashboards, and presentations
What you’ll need for this role
- 5+ years of experience in a product analytics role, with proven experience driving product recommendations and outcomes
- Proficiency with SQL, Python or R for querying and/or analyzing large data sets
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Contentsquare, Firebase or Appsflyer
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Proficiency in A/B testing, cohort analysis, and statistical analysis.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
- Experience in implementing tracking via GTM in Google Analytics
- Experience using BigQuery
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.
- Prior experience supporting data-driven product roadmaps and experimentation programmes
- A keen interest in trading and/or investing
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS
