What you’ll be doing:

  • Support Product Managers in understanding customer journeys, user engagement, conversion, and retention, helping to shape product strategy and priorities
  • Conduct exploratory analysis to answer product and business questions, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Define and measure product success metrics and KPIs, evaluating the impact of product changes and communicating outcomes to stakeholders

  • Partner with Analytics Engineering teams to ensure KPI definitions, business logic, and product instrumentation are accurate, scalable, and trusted
  • Apply AI and machine learning techniques, including LLM-assisted analysis, predictive modelling, and automated insight generation, to enhance product understanding and measurement
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Data teams to ensure decisions are grounded in robust analysis and customer insight

What we’re looking for:

You’ll have strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets to uncover insights that drive better customer and business outcomes. You’ll be highly proficient in SQL and comfortable analysing customer and behavioural data to support product decisions and strategic priorities.

You’ll bring experience with experimentation and A/B testing, alongside a solid understanding of statistical concepts and product analytics techniques such as funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and segmentation. Experience with visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is essential, as is the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You’ll have an understanding of digital product development and customer experience optimisation, with a curiosity for how emerging technologies, including AI, can improve product measurement, experimentation, and customer understanding. Experience using Python or R for analysis, and familiarity with product analytics platforms such as FullStory, Mixpanel, or Amplitude, would be advantageous.

We’re looking for someone who combines analytical rigour with product curiosity, thrives in collaborative environments, and enjoys helping teams make better decisions through data.

Why Compare the Market?

We’re a business built for pace and performance. Here, you’ll be encouraged to think differently, act boldly, and deliver brilliantly in a culture that values results and rewards progress.

We believe diverse teams make better decisions, and we’re committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels empowered to grow, contribute, and thrive.

If you’re ready to stretch yourself, raise the bar, and grow with a team that’s serious about performance, innovation, and purpose, we’d love to hear from you.
