Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Producer (Music & Dance) to be based in London, UK.

In this role, you will lead the ideation, development, production, and strategic direction of content in the field of Music & Dance. With a strong editorial vision and an audience-first mindset, you will grow brand love by creating authentic, innovative, and culturally relevant content that aligns with Red Bull’s Music & Dance marketing strategy.

You will be the go-to person for content within Music & Dance across the UK and international teams. You will design and deliver a compelling, year-round content plan informed by your understanding of the audience and the evolving media landscape — driving reach, relevance, and cultural impact for Red Bull.

Job Description

Lead Content Development and Production

You will drive the creation of innovative, differentiated content that builds brand credibility and visibility across owned, managed, and third-party platforms.

Grow Audience Reach

You will contribute to the growth of Red Bull’s UK media footprint through culturally resonant formats and storytelling that engages new and existing audiences.

Use Insight to Inform Creativity

You will apply data, insight, and cultural trends to shape content decisions and optimise creative performance, driven by brand principles.

Deliver Strategic Content

You will translate marketing objectives into impactful, audience-first content with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.

Collaborate with Stakeholders

You will work closely with artists, partners, and internal teams to unlock creative potential and ensure aligned execution.

Own the Budget

You will manage budgets across a range of productions, balancing creative ambition with operational discipline.

Innovate Boldly

You will identify and develop new content formats, production methods, and creative opportunities that elevate Red Bull’s presence in the music and dance space.

Build a Strong Pipeline

You will develop and maintain a forward-looking content slate that complements existing formats and evolves with audience needs and cultural shifts.

Qualifications

You have an understanding and passion for Red Bull’s brand, cultural influence and tone of voice, particularly within youth culture and the UK music landscape.
You have a proven track record of creative leadership, from ideation and development through to greenlighting, production and delivery across non-live and live formats.
Specfically you offer extensive, demonstrable experience producing for YouTube, with an understanding of vertical platform optimisation (e.g. TikTok, Instagram), a sharp platform insight and strong channel management know-how.
You are skilled at working with artists, talent, and production teams, with a collaborative, talent-friendly approach and clear, effective stakeholder communication.
You are confident in using data and insight to inform creative decisions, evolve strategy and drive measurable audience impact.
You translate brand and marketing objectives into audience-first content that delivers both cultural relevance and commercial value.
You are an effective communicator and natural pitch leader, able to inspire creative teams and secure buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.
You are highly organised, solutions-focused and entrepreneurial thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments and taking initiative with energy and drive.
