The Role

We are looking for a Producer of Ad Solutions to oversee the production of custom, interactive digital advertising campaigns to support our digital sales efforts.   This role will work with business and technology stakeholders across the portfolio of Condé Nast brands to bring creative projects to life.The ideal candidate is an experienced Ad Operations professional with campaign management and production experience.  They will have a strong track record as an individual contributor and can demonstrate success in designing and developing workflows to deliver repeatable results.  A successful candidate will be familiar with digital ad sales operations processes, systems, and creative ad technologies.
 

What will you be doing?

  • Be the go-to expert for digital ad operations, spanning ad serving to creative technologies.

  • Work with the Digital Media Strategy team on production timelines to ensure timely deliverables, approvals, and campaign launches.

  • Oversee multiple campaign projects at a time, ensuring designers, developers, and QA analysts have required assets, information to meet timelines.

  • Quality check client's creative adheres to technical specifications, including testing and troubleshooting all 3rd party ad serving capabilities.

  • Provide hands-on assistance with ad implementation testing, troubleshooting, and escalations, with minimal direction or instruction.

  • Be a clear communicator, keeping all stakeholders informed of timelines and requirements, clearing obstacles to campaign success along the way.

  • Pull reporting for campaigns, and recommend optimizations to improve performance.

Who you are:

  • Experience working in an online ad media campaign environment, whether at a publisher or agency.

  • Solid experience in digital ad operations.

  • Experience with web technologies, debugging and troubleshooting required.

  • Expert-level knowledge of Google Ad Manager (GAM).  Facility with ad systems, reporting, spreadsheets, and extensive collaboration skills are musts.

  • Self-starter, hungry to perform with persistence to deliver

  • Project management and organisational multitasking.

  • Ability to balance workloads from multiple stakeholders including sales, ad operations, and revenue operations teams within Conde Nast digital organisation.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand the needs and translate into action.
