This role is offered on a full in-studio basis or a hybrid basis (minimum 3 days per week in the studio). We can provide a comprehensive relocation support package as part of any offer, should you need to relocate. 

WHAT’S THE ROLE?
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract (maternity cover), starting in May 2026. Working closely with the Procurement Manager and Procurement Coordinator, you will use your indirect procurement experience to ensure that Frontier receives best value for money by sourcing new suppliers, maintaining relationship with existing suppliers, negotiating contracts, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities to improve our processes.   

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Continuously evaluate our current suppliers to ensure we always receive best value for money.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement process of categories including but not limited to software, marketing, facilities.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers, vendors, internal & external customers and stakeholders, peers and management.
  • Negotiate contracts for goods and services purchased.
  • Work closely with the Head of Procurement on high level spend where RFP’s are required.
  • Take an active lead in research of potential vendors for any new requirements and for ongoing spend.
  • Prepare and present reports on historical purchasing activity, including cost analysis.
  • Contribute to the department targeted savings by challenging costs on a regular basis. 

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Procurement experience, ideally more focused on indirect spend.  
  • Strong knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
  • Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Confidence to challenge costs where appropriate to achieve savings.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Positive and solutions focused approach when working with internal customers.
