The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to manage and optimize our global procurement operations. Our company has 1,000 employees and a non-headcount spend of approximately $40m annually, primarily focused on SaaS, Professional Services, and Marketing.

In this role, you will be the primary operator of our procurement lifecycle. You will take our existing goals and turn them into efficient, scalable workflows. You will be a hands-on partner to the business, ensuring we drive value from every dollar spent while enabling our teams to move quickly and responsibly.

You will be the functional expert for our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) ecosystem, implementing Omnea and supporting the development of other tools like Tipalti, Ramp & NetSuite to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.

What You'll Do
  • Sourcing & Negotiation: Lead the end-to-end sourcing process for key categories (SaaS, Contractors, and Marketing), ensuring we secure the best commercial terms and service levels.

  • Process Optimisation: Manage and refine our procurement workflows. You will be the key support for Omnea, ensuring this tool is integrated effectively with other systems.

  • Vendor Management: Maintain our vendor database and management framework to monitor performance, manage renewals, and mitigate risk.

  • Compliance & Due Diligence: Partner with Security and Legal to coordinate the Vendor Due Diligence (VDD) process, ensuring all suppliers meet our safety and data standards (GDPR, ISO).

  • Spend Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards to provide the Finance team with visibility into spend trends, savings achieved, and ROI.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a helpful resource for teams across Engineering, Marketing, and Operations, guiding them through the buying process with clarity and speed.

What You Bring
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or a commercially focused operations role, ideally within a technology or high-growth environment.

  • SaaS Savvy: You have a strong understanding of how to buy and manage software-as-a-service and professional service contracts.

  • Systems Mindset: You are tech-forward. While you don't need to be a developer, you should be comfortable configuring workflows in P2P software (e.g., Omnea, Ramp, Tipalti) and navigating an ERP like NetSuite.

  • Collaborative Communicator: You can explain complex procurement processes to non-experts and influence stakeholders through data and helpful partnership.

  • Detail-Oriented: You enjoy the "nuts and bolts" of a contract and are motivated by creating "a single source of truth" for spend data.

  • Negotiation Skills: You have a proven track record of managing commercial negotiations and understanding contract redlines.

Benefits

  • Time off - 27 days holiday, plus 5 additional days off: 1 life event day, 2 volunteer days, 2 company-wide wellbeing days (M-Powered Weekend) and 8 bank holidays per year

  • Health & Wellness- private medical Insurance with Bupa, a medical cashback scheme, life insurance, gym membership & wellness resources through Wellhub and access to Spill - all in one mental health support

  • Hybrid work offering - for most roles we collaborate in the office three days per week with the exception of Coaches and Instructors who collaborate in the office once a month

  • Work-from-anywhere scheme - you'll have the opportunity to work from anywhere, up to 10 days per year

  • Space to connect: Beyond the desk, we make time for weekly catch-ups, seasonal celebrations, and have a kitchen that’s always stocked!
