What You will do:
- Leading financial discussions with procurement team
- Owning Procurement Forecast Process with buyers monthly routines
- Presenting actuals and Forecast
- Support PPM in the material preparation for CFO calls
- Organize short-term and long-term plan of the team
- Main point of contact with Commercial BU and BU CFO
Analytics
Review, analytics and challenge of:
i. Procurement P&L (Price, Volume, Projects, Commodity, Forex)
ii. Tracking of Initiatives (Value Engineering, Price Initiatives and Payment Terms)
Monthly Routines
- Setup and execute monthly performance reviews (MPR) with buyers & procurement head
- Prepare executive decks to leadership on reporting financials & initiatives tracking
- Manage procurement bottom-up forecast and initiatives tracker (P&L & Cash)
- Setup and execute routine of commodity and forex tracking
Budget
- Organize bottom-up budget for procurement - commodity, forex & initiatives
- Consolidate Procurement Budget Plan with P&L and Cash Initiatives
What You bring:
- 5+ yrs of Finance experience (mix of controlling and business partnership)
- Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of procurement spend drivers
- Currently based in Cairo
