- Develop and execute category strategies across logistics-related spend areas.
- Lead sourcing projects from market analysis through to negotiation, contracting and implementation.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align procurement initiatives.
- Identify and deliver opportunities that improve value, efficiency and cost outcomes.
- Manage supplier relationships and support continuous improvement and innovation.
- Monitor market trends, risks and opportunities to inform sourcing decisions.
- Drive governance, compliance and best-practice procurement processes.
- Partner with finance and business teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with regional and global procurement colleagues to share insights and leverage opportunities.
- Influence cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes in a complex stakeholder environment.
What you'll need to be successful.
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, category management, supply chain, commercial, logistics or a related discipline.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience influencing decision-making and driving change across diverse teams.
- Demonstrated negotiation, communication and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to analyse data, identify opportunities and make informed recommendations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering positive business outcomes.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, procurement, logistics, supply chain or a related field will be highly regarded.
