To join our team, we are currently recruiting a Sourcing Specialist fluent in English. We are looking for a problem-solver to support our Procurement Team based in Lisbon.
You Will
- Support and manage the execution of sourcing (RFP/RFQ/RFI) and contracting projects
- Procure high-quality goods and services at favorable terms for the organization
- Work closely with business stakeholders, suppliers, category managers, Legal and Finance Departments
- Contract lifecycle management (creation, amendment, termination, renewal, cancellation, etc.)
- Understand legal and compliance clauses for contract establishment
- Execute "2 Bids n' Buy" - Manage bid proposals, negotiate pricing and business terms of purchase
- Preferred suppliers management (maintain PSL, provide guidance to the business, spend analysis)
- Responsible for reviewing/processing vendor creation requests
- Administration of sourcing and contracting projects in Ariba
- Work collaborative and closely with Category Managers
We Are Looking for People With:
- 3+ years of procurement experience
- Detail oriented, professional
- Adaptability, resilience and proactivity
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing to key stakeholders and senior leaders
- Ability to follow-up and follow through with multiple tasks
- Problem solving skills
